Amrit Yoga

Nancy Sloan is a Registered Nurse, Massage Therapist, Holistic Health Educator, Certified Amrit Yoga Nidra Facilitator, and Certified Amrit Yoga Instructor (500 hour RYT - Yoga Alliance). Amrit Yoga developed by Yogi Amrit Desai, renowned Yoga Master and one of the earliest pioneers to bring yoga to the west, is a powerful yoga practice that teaches the practitioner how to connect, step by step, with the original source and purpose of yoga - which is to use physical yoga postures as a vehicle for entering the timeless state of being.
